KDI Office Technology
About
KDI Office Technology helps organizations simplify, secure, and improve the technology they rely on every day. I’m Vince Umile, an IT Solutions Consultant with KDI, working with businesses, schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, municipalities, and other local organizations throughout the region. KDI provides solutions across managed IT and network infrastructure, cybersecurity and backup, business phone systems and communications, copiers and printers, print management, document management and workflow automation, and cloud-based physical security including cameras and access control. My approach is consultative rather than transactional. I focus on learning how an organization currently operates, identifying areas where technology is creating friction, and helping determine whether KDI can improve efficiency, security, communication, or reliability. As a local technology partner, KDI can support organizations from initial assessment and planning through implementation, training, service, and ongoing support. Whether the need is improving an existing system, completing a specific technology project, or simply having a knowledgeable local resource available, my goal is to build long-term relationships and help organizations make technology easier to manage.

IT Solutions Consultant
I’m Vince Umile, an IT Solutions Consultant with KDI Office Technology, a U.S. Marine Corps veteran, and someone who was born and raised in the local area. My background in technology began in the Marine Corps, where I served as a Data Network Specialist, working with communications and network infrastructure in environments where reliability and security were critical. After the Marines, I continued working in the technology and security space, including time with ZeroEyes, where I gained additional experience around physical security, AI-enabled threat detection, and protecting organizations and the people inside them. Today, I work with businesses, schools, nonprofits, healthcare organizations, municipalities, and other organizations throughout Bucks County and the surrounding area to help improve the technology that supports their day-to-day operations. That can include IT and network infrastructure, cybersecurity, business communications, physical security, document workflows, print management, and office technology. Because I grew up in the area, I care about building real relationships with the organizations and people in the community. My approach is consultative and relationship-focused: understand how an organization operates, identify where technology is creating friction, and provide practical recommendations rather than simply trying to sell a product. My goal is to be a trusted local technology resource—someone clients and community partners feel comfortable calling when they have a question, a project, or a problem they need help solving.
